Question 1: How does the e-design process work?

After you purchase a package, you’ll fill out the Design Questionnaire where you can share details about your space. We’ll schedule a quick call to review everything and make sure I have the right info. Then, I’ll create your selected service, and you’ll receive it within the stated turnaround time.

Question 2: Can I purchase furniture through you?

If you’re interested in purchasing furniture directly through me, just reach out and I’ll walk you through the details!

Question 3: What if I don’t like some of the items you select?

Each package includes one free revision, where I’ll swap out a few pieces if something doesn’t feel right. Additional revisions or a complete redesign can be added for $50 per room.

Question 4: What if my room is larger or smaller than average?

My e-design packages are flexible and work for all room sizes. I focus on furniture, layout, and basic accessories. If you have a very large or unique space, just let me know in the questionnaire, and we can talk through what fits best.

Question 5: Do you offer just accessories or finishing touches?

Yes! If your room already has furniture but needs styling, I offer an accessories-only package that focuses on decor, rugs, lighting, paint, wall art, and more.

Question 6: What’s included in the shopping list?

Your shopping list includes clickable links to all the pieces from your design (furniture, rugs, decor). If something is out of stock, I’ll offer alternative suggestions—just let me know!

Question 7: Do you work with any room?

I can design any residential room that focuses on furniture and accessories (e.g., bedrooms, living rooms, offices). Kitchens and bathrooms can be discussed, but these usually require special planning and aren’t part of my basic packages.
